That's so weird. Cuz Lisa changed her icon to one that I made and it worked out fine.

Here. How about I upload it to another site, and you can download from there and see if it works.

Cuz it doesn't look as good when it's not animated... :(

Ok the file says it's a bitmap not a GIP. That maybe the problem.
